  • Optimized coverage strategies in terms of depots and sales-resources – by building a detailed understanding of market size by product, end-user sector and customer types.
  • We have undertaken these 'go-to-market' studies for: a power rental client across 20 developed economies in Europe, North America and Asia; for the largest power access company in the UK; and for the largest portable sanitation provider in North America;
  • Analyzed the global power supply-demand balance – to quantify current and future power shortfalls by country and used this to quantify their rental needs;
